Battery Recycling at MCS – UpdateAs of now we are restricted to recycling ONLY rechargeable batteries through MCS.Any kind of rechargeables, from tools, toothbrushes, computers, etc. If it can berecharged it can be recycled. There are no companies that will recycle single usebatteries free of charge. We tried a few of the companies last year and it was justtoo expensive to continue mailing off the batteries. Try to take a "military" shower 1x/week.  Turn the water off while you shampoo, soap up, shave and turn back on to rinse.  Imagine how much water you save during the time in the shower you don't need it!  How many women out there leave the water running in the shower when you shave?  It saves a lot of one of our most precious resources!
