The MCS 5th annual Fun Run will be held on Thursday, April 12th from 8:45 am - Noon, for the first time outdoors on the new Greenspace Field! Mark your calendars and come and cheer on your children as they run laps to raise pledges for two of MCS' Service Learning Programs: the Adopt-A- Native-Elder Program (www.anelder.org), and the Children of Ethiopia Education Fund (www.coeef.org). 100% of the proceeds are divided between the two programs, directly benefiting the 3 Navajo Grandmothers and 7 Ethiopian girls that MCS sponsors. Pledge envelopes have been placed in your child's take home folder. Please return them with collected donations by Friday, April 20th.

This is a really fun event for the children. If you need to fulfill your parent participation hours, this is a great way to do so. Volunteers are still needed on the day of the run.
